Getting started
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. Mobile auto care is available at your location within our service area. Enter your full address in booking to check whether we can come to you.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Boise and the Treasure Valley, including nearby communities such as Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star and Garden City. Exact coverage depends on your address and the service you choose.
How do I book a service?
Choose Book a service to open our booking portal. Enter your address, select a service and available appointment time, then complete the requested details.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Call +12086008251 or email office@hopshopboise.com. Tell us your vehicle and the concern you have, and we can help you choose a starting point.
Services & pricing
Where can I see current pricing?
Our Services page lists the options currently in our Fieldd catalog. The booking portal has the final service selection and pricing information. Vehicle needs, additional parts, taxes and address-based charges may affect the total.
Are there travel charges?
Travel charges can apply based on your location. Enter your address in the booking portal and review the total before confirming.
What is included in an oil change?
Our listed oil-change services include Mobil 1 Advanced Full Synthetic Oil, a premium filter, windshield washer fluid top-off, tire pressure check and a multi-point inspection. Select the correct vehicle option in booking.
How are brake packages priced?
Standard, Gold and Elite brake packages are priced per axle. One axle means front OR rear; both axles require quantity two. Additional brake-system work may be quoted separately. Review the individual package details before booking.
Does an A/C recharge price include refrigerant?
No. The listed R134a and R1234yf evacuation and recharge service prices exclude refrigerant. Refrigerant and any necessary additional repairs or materials are separate charges.
Can I get my car detailed?
Yes. Mobile detailing includes interior, exterior and combined packages. Most packages require an estimate, with options based on the size and condition of the vehicle. A detail consultation is also listed in booking.
Your appointment
Where do I find available appointments?
Available dates and times are shown in our booking portal after you select your address and service. Availability can change, so use the portal for the current schedule.
How do I see my existing booking?
Open My bookings in the website footer to return to our customer portal. Use the customer access option there to view your appointment details.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Check the options and policies shown with your booking in the customer portal. If you need help, call +12086008251 or email office@hopshopboise.com.
Can I book through your app?
Yes. Use Get our app in the footer to open our branded app page. Your service booking still goes through The Hop Shop customer portal.
